    The number of revisions you receive depends on the package you've chosen, and you can request the specified number of revisions as outlined in your package details. Our commitment is to deliver top-quality services to our clients, and we'll keep making revisions until your requirements are fully met. There are no extra charges if the design concepts remain the same, and you can expect your revised design within 48 hours.

    Please note that any changes or revisions requested after finalizing the designs will be considered a new order and incur separate charges.

  • Refund Policy

    Apex Media 360's refund policy will not apply under the following circumstances:

    • You have chosen a special package.
    • The primary design concept has been approved.
    • Revisions have been requested.
    • Cancellation is unrelated to the company.
    • No contact with the company for over 2 weeks.
    • Violation of the company's policies.
    • Approaching another company or designer for the same project.
    • Insufficient information in the creative brief.
    • Requesting a complete design change.
    • The refund request is beyond the specified 'request for refund' timeframe.
    • Business closure or name change.
    • Reasons include 'change of mind' or personal disagreements unrelated to the service.

    Additionally:

    • If a client subscribes to a service bundle and is dissatisfied with a specific service, a refund will only apply to that particular service and not the entire bundle.
    • Refunds will not be granted after 15 days from the date of purchase.
    • Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable.
    • For websites, refunds will not be considered once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.
    • A money-back guarantee applies only if the client rejects the initial designs. If the client requests additional design concepts or modifications and seeks a refund, Apex Media 360will deduct 33% of the total billing amount for incurred costs, including processing and service charges.

    Please note that Apex Media 360 retains the right to reject any project or terminate a contract as deemed necessary. After a refund, you will have no rights to use the designs for any purpose, as they will become the sole property of Apex Media 360.
